About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HRIS Specialist to join our team on a 1-year contract. This newly created role will act as the key liaison between HR and IT, ensuring the smooth operation and optimization of our HRIS systems. You will play a vital role in enhancing the efficiency of HR operations through data management, system maintenance, and user support.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Data Management
- Manage employee lifecycle data including onboarding, changes, offboarding, and leave records.
- Administer system access, role changes, workflow configurations, and parameter updates.
- Collaborate with IT and external vendors for system maintenance and upgrades.
- Conduct testing for new functionalities and system enhancements.
- Understand and document daily HRIS-related business processes (e.g., Workday, ServiceNOW, etc).
- Coordinate logistics and materials for SOP development and training sessions with HRG, HR Operations, and Line Managers
- Maintain system manuals, FAQs, and procedural guides.
- Collect and analyze user feedback to improve system usability.
- Assist with HR administrative tasks and support ad-hoc projects as needed.
Education & Experience
- Degree or above
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR and/or HRIS management
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms and talent management systems
- Experience with Human Capital Management (HCM) systems; Workday experience is a strong advantage
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Strong communication skills in Chinese and English
