Our client, an international law firms urgently looking for a Human Resources Assistant to join their HR Team in Central office.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide recruitment support including job posting, arranging interviews, new hires on-boarding process and induction program
Handle employee compensation and benefit administrative duties, such as MPF, gym membership allowance, rental reimbursement scheme etc
Handle graduate recruitment logistics and applications
Manage staff annual leave application filings and updated HR system database
Coordinate internal and external CPD trainings and administration regarding Law Society compliance
Prepare periodic HR reports for management reviewing
Job Requirements:
Bachelor degree holders with at least 1 year experience in HR related exposure, preferably in professional services industry
Fluency English and Mandarin is highly recommended
Good communication skills with proactive personality
A good team player and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
Fresh graduate or less experience will be considered
