Job Description - Business Analyst
- Support corporate-wide, cross-departmental projects, ensuring timely data analysis and successful project implementation and delivery.
- Assist in business analysis tasks, including validating data accuracy, preparing user stories, and aligning UAT activities with project expectations.
- Prepare progress updates and reports for the project team and management.
- Support project management activities as assigned, contributing to planning, coordination, and execution.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather Management Information (MI) reporting requirements and ensure timely implementation.
Job Description - User Acceptance Tester
- Design, develop, and execute User Acceptance Test , cases based on business requirements and functional specifications.
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and end users to validate system functionality and ensure alignment with operational needs.
- Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with relevant teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Support test planning activities including environment setup, data preparation, and scheduling.
- Provide clear and concise test results and sign-off reports to stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience
- University graduate in a relevant discipline with at 5 years of experience in Life Operations; experience in payment-related areas is a plus.
- Hands-on experience in data analysis; proficiency in data analysis tools is an advantage.
- Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain effective partnerships with stakeholders.
