We Offer:

Key Responsibilities:
1. On-site Inspections and Client Meetings

Conduct visits to the existing and new sites to assess current conditions and discuss needs. Meet with clients face-to-face to align on goals and expectations.

2. Creating Landscape Maintenance Plans for Clients and Coordinating Frontline Execution

Develop detailed maintenance plans (e.g., pruning schedules, fertilization timelines) based on client requirements and site conditions, and organize frontline teams to implement them.

3. Arranging/Reallocating/Replenishing Frontline Human Resources

Allocate, adjust, or recruit frontline staff as needed to ensure adequate and efficient human resource utilization.

4. Resolving Daily Operational Issues for Frontline Staff, and Providing Technical Support

Assist frontline staff in resolving work-related issues (e.g., equipment malfunctions, technical challenges) and offer professional guidance and support.

Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 Years of Relevant Experience in Horticulture/Landscaping or Management

Horticulture/Landscaping-Related Certification or Academic Qualification

Work independently

Self motivated

Adaptable and growth-oriented, with a proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.

Good interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration across teams.
