Responsibilities
- Assist in handling full spectrum of secretarial matters and administrative support
- Handle all legal related paperwork, including preparation of legal correspondence and court documents
- Assist in managing monthly billing and timekeeping
- Maintain up-to-date filing system
- Assist in ad-hoc assignments
Requirements
- At least 2 years of solid work experience in legal secretarial matters
- Familiar with MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese Word Processing
- Good command in English and Chinese
- Well organized, attentive to detail, an outgoing personality and a fast learner
- Good time management
- Form 6 or above with formal secretarial training
