• Project and stakeholder management, work closely with digital transformation project stakeholders (Business, IT, Compliance, Risk, Legal and Solution providers) to define business objective, document requirement, track risks & issues and manage communications on project updates • Coordinate and perform detailed business analysis; develop functional/business and technical specifications • Perform data and business insights related activities including but not limited to mapping current processes, conducting customer journey research, analyzing business related data for insight recovery • Construct workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications • Creating, refining and maintaining user stories and associated deliverables • Assist and participates in design, development and implementations • Manage multiple conflicting business / technology priorities • Support frontline and adhere to anti-money laundering and counter terrorist financing controls in accordance with regulatory standards and CNCBI policies.Requirements:
- Holder of Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Information Management or related discipline with strong academic performance
- Minimum 4 years of working experience as Digital Business Analyst or similar capacity preferably in the Banking/Finance sector
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Highly proficient in Excel is a must
- Experience in data analytics software, Jira, Confluence and Tableau is a big plus
- Understandings in both the business opportunities and aspects of latest trend of technology.
- Understand industry and market developments relating to own function
- Awareness of both quality and risk, especially compliance-related risk and security issues
- Familiar with modern prototyping tools
