Manager, Product and Partnership Management
Your responsibilities:
- Identify high-potential sales leads, negotiate effectively, and build strong relationships with B-2-B/
B-2-C clients. - Assist in developing and nurturing strategic partnerships and alliances
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the successful implementation of partnership initiatives
- Conduct partnership research, joint promotion initiatives, and performance analysis
- Create partnership proposals, presentations, and reports
- Participate in meetings with partners and stakeholders to facilitate collaboration
- Prepare timely and accurate performance tracking, reporting, budgeting, and channel insights.
- Maintain accurate records of partnership agreements and performance metrics
- Perform ad-hoc assignments designated by management
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 year of work experience or more in sales, business development, marketing
- Experience in consumer-driven, retail businesses, ideally experience in merchant partnership
liaison and management; Exposure to B2B and B2C product / projects; Analytical with basic
commercial sense - Diploma / Associate Degree / Degree
- Good network of established merchants in retail is an advantage.
- Strong presentation and sales skills; Good in problem solving and analytical skills
Self-motivated, customer-focused, result-oriented - Proven track record of developing and executing successful campaigns that drive measurable
results. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
