Job Descriptions:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for campaign initiatives, translating the requirements into clear and actionable user stories.
- Work closely with IT and system development teams to support system design and solution delivery.
- Adopt Agile development methodology to manage project timelines, track progress and ensure deliverables meet quality standards and business expectations.
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance campaign execution, operational efficiency and system performance.
- Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, result verification and defect tracking to ensure quality delivery.
- Support implementation activities, including deployment planning, user training, and post-launch monitoring to ensure a smooth rollout.
- Lead additional projects and assignments as delegated by the Senior Project Manager.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or project management within the insurance or financial services industry.
- Proven experience working with Agile frameworks and a strong understanding of system development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Hands-on experience in planning and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
