Objective of the position:
Being active on multiple social media platforms with sizeable groups of followers, we are in need of a passionate talent to support the team by helping to manage the social media accounts and provide professional customer service.

What You'll Do:
Create compelling multimedia content for digital platforms and marketing campaigns. This includes designing visually striking social media posts and producing short-form videos, including storyboarding and editing.

Collaborate with diverse teams to establish content calendars and oversee post scheduling for multiple social media accounts, specifically Instagram and TikTok.

Conceptualize and execute influencer marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and increase exposure for influencer partners.

Generate marketing reports and analyze influencer performance metrics.

Ensure all social media-related contract requirements with clients are fulfilled.

Manage customers/followers’ inquiries and complaints and provide an appropriate solution within time constraint

Provide operational support and assist the Social Media Team in its campaigns and any related ad hoc tasks.

Participate in additional assignments as needed.

What You Have:
Proficient in English communication skills, particularly via instant messaging and email

Degree holder or above (Fresh Graduates are welcomed)

Proficient in MS Office

Logical problem-solving skills
