Job Responsibilities
Oversee various communication channels and activities, including media relations, public relations, social media, newsletters, websites, events, presentations, reports, and crisis management.
Develop and execute short term and long term integrated marketing communication strategies that achieve business goals and brand positioning to generate business, enhance the company’s brand, and stakeholder engagement.
Oversee high-quality content creation, including speeches, presentations, articles, and social media posts, and formulate strategies to enhance brand awareness across the corporate website and social media platforms.
Organize and manage internal and external corporate events, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with the company's vision and goals. eg onsite activations, shareholder meetings.
Oversee the production of annual reports, advertorials, promotional materials/collaterals, shareholder communication. Maintain relationships with existing and prospective investors, analysts.
Plan and manage online and offline marketing events and campaigns.
Monitor marketing communications plan performance and optimize. Monitor and manage budget.
Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements regarding disclosures and communications with investors and the public
Develop and manage the team effectively
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
Academic background in journalism, communications, marketing or equivalent
Minimum 6 years of experience in external relations, media, corporate communications or public affairs, preferably in sizable company
Strong in collaboration with cross functional teams to formulate content angles and external resources to achieve project goal
Proven expertise in organizational and time management, capable of prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in dynamic, fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented and analytical, with a high level of self-motivation, ensuring precision while efficiently handling multiple projects simultaneously
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create impactful messages
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive business results
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, excelling at fostering and maintaining relationships with media, business partners and key stakeholders
Strong leadership, able to work well independently and in a team under pressure, resourceful
