Marketing Coordinator
Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to assist the Marketing Manager in coordinating and executing a wide range of marketing activities. In this role, you will handle day-to-day marketing tasks and play a key part in supporting our global partners with their marketing needs, as well as working with them to enhance their e-commerce and digital marketing performance. Key Responsibilities
Assist the Marketing Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing all marketing activities.
Work closely with global partners to enhance their e-commerce and digital marketing performance across platforms.
Conduct research on the latest marketing and e-commerce trends, tools, and competitive strategies.
Create and manage engaging content for product listings, websites, social media, and promotional materials.
Support the development of marketing and sales tools, and administer special projects and global sales meetings.
Assist with copywriting, packaging review, and digital asset management.
Help coordinate marketing calendars, campaign schedules, and communication between internal stakeholders and global partners.
Attend international trade shows and company events.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
At least 5 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on e-commerce or digital marketing.
Demonstrated experience supporting or partnering with global teams is a plus.
Strong knowledge of major e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools.
Proficiency in analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media advertising tools).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.
Knowledge or background in branding or design is a strong advantage.
Collaborative, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
