Marketing Executive (Account Servicing)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and provide detailed product information;
• Follow up on brand holders’ development requests and offer expert advice;
• Liaise with various YKK branches and departments to resolve critical issues;
• Arrange visits for brand holders to strengthen relationships;
• Coordinate pricing and manage supply chains across regions;
• Conduct market research, surveys, seminars, and provide insightful reports and analysis;
• Develop marketing strategies and assist the Global Marketing Group in expanding our business globally;
• Monitor brand holders’ sales performance to ensure global sales targets are met;
• Promote new and strategic products to brand holders;
• Occasionally travel to China and overseas for business;
• Assist the Marketing Manager with various programs;
• Handle ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Education & Experience: Degree holder or above with 1+ years of working experience. A background in marketing is a plus!
• Language Skills: Fluent in spoken and written English & Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
• Technical Skills: Proficient in PC applications, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese Word Processing. Familiarity with Excel functions like VLOOKUP and pivot tables is essential.
• Personal Traits: We value customer-oriented individuals with a team spirit and an outgoing personality.
• Opportunities for Growth: Candidates with less/more experience will be considered as Associate/Senior Marketing Executive respectively.
