Responsibilities:
- Conduct research to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis.
- Design and implement marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
- Develop engaging content for marketing materials, websites, and social media platforms.
- Maintain and enhance brand image and positioning in the market.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
- Work with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and design, to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.
- Assist in managing the marketing budget and ensuring campaigns are executed within budgetary constraints.
- Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote the company.
- Assist in developing strategies to engage with customers and enhance customer experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Previous 1- 3 years of experience in marketing or related roles.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems and strong in content writing.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO/SEM).
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
