Responsibilities
· Maintain accurate member records and databases.
· Manage daily administrative tasks within the membership office.
· Handle member enquiries and provide excellent customer service.
· Develop and implement membership engagement initiatives and loyalty campaigns.
· Assist in organising events and activities for members.
· Handle tasks and projects as assigned by the Membership Manager.
Requirements
· University degree holder; experience in customer service or membership management is a plus.
· Strong organisational and communication skills; attention to detail is a must,
· Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese, with strong skills in computer software applications.
· A self-starter with creative thinking and strong problem-solving abilities.
· Fresh graduate will be considered as Assistant Membership Officer.
