Reporting to the Senior Manager of the M+ Membership team, the Membership Officer will be responsible for spearheading communication strategies to enhance member engagement and retention. This role will involve collaborating with internal teams to create and execute marketing campaigns, coordinating membership events, developing marketing materials, and overseeing various public channels to ensure seamless member experience. With a focus on communication, coordination, and member satisfaction, the Membership Officer will play a crucial role in driving the success of the membership program through effective engagement and innovative communication initiatives.
(This is a fixed-term contract position of 2-year with possibility for renewal subject to organisational needs and individual performance.)
You will be responsible for:
developing marketing and communication materials for membership, including writing content and coordinating design and printing;
collaborating with internal teams to executive projects aimed at enhancing the membership experience and engagement. This includes coordinating eDM and marketing campaigns to promote M+ membership and revenue driving initiatives;
assisting and coordinating membership events to drive member retention & engagement;
involving in the development and maintenance of the M+ and WKCD websites to ensure they are kept up to date;
providing administrative/operational support to the membership team, which includes data entry, record keeping, including data entry, record-keeping, payment request and other administrative tasks;
utilizing the CRM system to retrieve data and prepare reports as needed;
monitoring the budget and expenses related to membership operations and marketing efforts; and
performing additional duties as assigned by the supervisor to support the membership program.
You should:
possess a recognized university degree in hospitality, tourism, sales & marketing, or a related field;
have minimum of 1 year experience in marketing and communications, membership management, events coordination, or content management. Fresh graduates will also be considered;
have experience and knowledge in managing CRM systems would be an advantage;
be proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese;
have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; and
be able to work independently, demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility, detail-minded, and enthusiastic.
