The Undergraduate Recruitment and Admissions Office is seeking a self-motivated and high-caliber individual to assist with various undergraduate admissions functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process admissions applications for both local and non-local students.
- Liaise with various parties across different teams/offices for operation arrangements.
- Take lead in training new team members and student helpers.
- Maintain admissions data and conduct data extraction and analysis.
- Handle email inquiries related to admissions.
- Handle other admissions-related activities and matters.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree holder with at least 2 years of relvant post-qualification work experience; OR Higher Diploma or Associate Degree holders with at least 5 years relevant work experience. Previous experience in undergraduate admissions would be an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a high sense of responsibility.
- A team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) required.
- Occasionally work outside normal office hours or travel overseas to support admissions events is required.

Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided. A gratuity will be payable upon successful completion of contract.
