To be a member of MIS team of Branch Management Department, the team member is expected to provide MIS support to business units of retail banking and perform business analysis and KPI reporting.
Main Responsibilities:
Maintain various kinds of sales and services performance reports at levels of regions, districts, branches and individual salespersons
Calculate staff incentive according to pre-defined parameters to evaluate the effectiveness of regular and tactical incentive programs.
Maintain branch and staff information in various system.
Answer enquiry from branch user.
Perform UAT testing for system enhancement.
Provide support to ad hoc projects when required.
Incumbent Requirements:
Degree holder with minimum 1 year of experience in banking and financial industry in area of MIS, business analytics and sales support.
Good interpersonal, communication and coordination skills
Proficiency in MS Excel VBA & MS Access is necessary, experience in other programming will be a plus (e.g. SQL, VB, PowerBI, etc.).
Able to work independently and under pressure, and receptive to changes and challenges
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
