The Sales Support Representative is an entry level position responsible for participating in a range of sales support activities including analysis of sales outcomes, opportunities and the creation of proposals in coordination with the Consumer Sales team. The overall objective of this role is to assist in providing a full range of support services to sales people and client segments.
Responsibilities:
- Assist multiple production support functions to aid partners in fulfilling sales requirements
- Resolve basic to moderately complex sales issues based on practice and precedence
- Monitor controls based on regulatory and reporting requirements
- Delivery and administration of access media and sales tools and assist in the overflow of digital self-service media
- Aid in the customer service process to ensure the quality of customer service
- Manage the safekeeping and control of files during operation hours
- Recommend new options to enhance productivity in accordance with established guidelines
- Fulfilling the clients’ necessities while providing an exceptional client experience is the expected behavior from all our employees and it will be measured by specific metrics.
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of relevant experience
- Experience in operational processes and branch service preferred
- Proficient computer skills with a focus on Microsoft Office applications
- Working knowledge of related industry practices and standards
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
Education:
- High School diploma or equivalent
