Operations Specialist in Market Intelligence team responsible for fieldwork, ensuring on-time data receival and the accuracy, product identification, data queries handling and operational tasks. The role also have the opportunity to work with teams located in other markets.
Responsibilities:
- Fieldwork and retailer engagement
- Ensure on-time data receival from external partners and on-going improvement
- Conduct quality check on raw and processed data
- Resolving queries about product identification
- On-time delivery under desired schedule with high quality
- Timely respond and solve queries raised by internal clients
- Handle operational tasks
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Associate Degree/ Degree holder in Business, Statistics or related fields
- 2 years working experience in Data Supply, Market Research or related fields
- Interests in consumer technology and home appliances products, with experience on product identification/ coding is an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Excel, with advanced knowledge is an additional advantage
- Good knowledge of software applications; internet search and desk research
- Logical and systematic, attention to details and good numerical sense
- Good organizer with the ability to priorities and multi-task; able to think rationally under pressure. With experience on project coordination is a plus
- Outgoing, good relationship building and team player
- Quick learner, self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility and discipline
- Good time management skill; action orientated and driven to get things done
- Strong in reading Chinese and English is a must
- Good command of English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua)
- Immediate available preferred
