EMCD is a leading technology company in the crypto industry, best known as the largest mining pool in Eastern Europe. We are expanding globally and building a comprehensive ecosystem of crypto services, including payment infrastructure, custody, mining solutions and enterprise-grade tools for businesses and institutions.
We are looking for a resourceful and proactive Participant Recruiter to support our user research initiatives by identifying and engaging relevant audiences for CX studies. This role is essential to help product and research teams access real voices from both B2C and B2B segments and build better experiences grounded in user needs.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and recruit participants for customer experience research through Telegram, WhatsApp, and other messaging platforms.
Explore and implement non-traditional recruitment methods by tapping into platforms such as Reddit, Discord, LinkedIn, and others where target audiences are active.
Source both B2C and B2B participants for various research needs, including crypto miners, investors, traders, businesses, and service providers.
Communicate with potential respondents via messages and calls to inform, invite, and guide them through the participation process.
Maintain and regularly update internal participant databases, including previously involved respondents, loyal audiences, and blacklists.
Research and propose alternative recruitment channels such as specialized agencies or panel providers to expand outreach capabilities.
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience as a recruiter in research-focused teams within the crypto, fintech, or neobanking industries.
Ability to set up or lead the setup of a recruitment process from scratch for a team of five or more researchers.
Proven experience in recruiting niche B2C audiences such as miners, traders, and investors.
Demonstrated ability to recruit B2B audiences, including businesses and infrastructure providers.
Strong attention to detail, patience, and a structured, systems-thinking approach to work.
Initiative-driven, proactive attitude with the confidence to propose and test new solutions.
Familiarity with Confluence, Jira, Google Sheets, and Google Docs.
