Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads and screening resumes.
Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Maintain and update candidate databases and HR records.
Support the onboarding process for new hires.
Help with various HR administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with applicant tracking systems.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Previous experience in recruitment or HR is a plus but not required.
