Role Summary
As a Partnership Officer at Bowtie, you will be pivotal in supporting our affiliate and B2B2C partnerships growth. You will work alongside various teams and partners to support, develop, and execute partnership strategies that drive our business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and nurturing strategic partnerships and alliances
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the successful implementation of partnership initiatives
- Conduct partnership research, co-branding initiatives, and performance analyses
- Create partnership proposals, presentations, and reports
- Participate in meetings with partners and stakeholders to facilitate collaboration
- Provide administrative support in tracking and managing partnership activities
- Prepare timely and accurate performance tracking, reporting, budgeting, and channel insights.
- Maintain accurate records of partnership agreements and performance metrics
How success will look like:
- Keep 10 affiliate partners active - support campaign planning, execution, marketing, and offers.
- Onboard 5 new affiliate partners - assist in proposals and onboarding.
- Produce high-quality research, proposal, and reports
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, fresh grad welcomed!
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with bilingual (read/write) fluency in Chinese (Cantonese) and English
- Proactive and able to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Analytical with basic commercial sense
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or marketing is a plus
- Familiarity with the insurance or financial services industry
- Comfortable with working in a startup environment
