Responsibilities:
Provide all-round secretarial support and assistance to the Head of HR Management Group
Back-up to secretarial duties to Management Office
Assist in any ad-hoc tasks/projects assigned by supervisor in HR Management Group
Requirements:
Degree holder
Minimum 8 years of related working experience in banking / finance industry will be an advantage
Understand local labour regulations and employment ordinance.
Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Good knowledge of MS office (Excel, Power Point, Word) and Outlook
Strong communication and presentation skills
Well-organized, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
