Partner (Human) Resources Assistant - Part-time

Summary of Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in HR operational issues and support day-to-day HR administration.
  • Assist in managing benefits-related queries and contribute to resolving payroll issues, including attendance tracking, leave management, as well as tax-related processes.
  • Collaborate with the Operations team to maintain and update HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity across platforms.
  • Participate in the review and enhancement of HR policies and procedures, offering suggestions and performing benchmarking for continuous improvement and compliance.
  • Assist in HR projects and ad-hoc assignments.

Summary of Experience

  • Preferably 1 year of hands-on experience in HR functional areas.
  • Undergraduate students majoring in Human Resources Management or related disciplines are also welcome to apply.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Good interpersonal & influencing skills with passion to connect with people
  • Able to manage multi-tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of Employment Ordinance and HR practices is a plus
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Chinese word processing
  • Immediate availability is preferable

Working Hours

  • Part-time role with a minimum commitment of 3 working days (Mon to Fri) per week
