We're seeking someone to join our Asia Wealth Management Business Finance team as a Product Controller in ISG Finance to work as a business partner working closely with Business Unit from a Financials aspects.
In the Finance division, we act as a partner to business units around the globe by providing management, review, analysis and advisory services of the Firm's financial and capital resources. This is a Director position within the Product Controllers Job Family which specializes in ensuring adequacy of controls, profit and loss and balance sheet reporting and reconciliations for a segment / business / product area, as well as management reporting across business segments or cross functional end-to-end product oversight.

What you'll do in the role:
> Collaborate with a varied group of colleagues in Finance and across the Firm
> Responsible for and lead a significant set of deliverables, leveraging advanced understanding of Finance functional area, product and/or client segment
> Proactively identify emerging risks in individual and department work and contribute to strategies for mitigating them
> Act as a role model and culture carrier; Embody and set an example of the Firm's values and hold yourself and others accountable to Firm standards
> Day-to-day communication with Business Unit and Operations on monitoring the daily P&L
> Month end P&L reconciliation & book close process
> Risk and control process covering balance sheet, P&L, SOX requirements and BTR review
> Support business unit initiated projects and platform build enhancements
> Work closely with global counterparts to improve reporting strategies surrounding PBT, revenue, expenses and client reporting
> Provide sensitivity analysis and work closely with the business unit on forecasting and budgeting processes
> Assist with ad-hoc requests
What you'll bring to the role:
> In-depth knowledge of Finance functional area, product and/or client segment and technical skills, as well as of industry and competitive environment
> Ability to operate independently with respect to most job responsibilities
> Ability to provide positive and constructive feedback and innovate processes
> Ability to work autonomously and under pressure, and are a self-starter, willing to take ownership and accountability
> Strong problem-solving skills, with the mindset of continuous improvement, aiming for excellence
> Strong attention to details, organized and effectively juggle various priorities
> Good teamwork, collaboration, and excellent communications skills
> Strong financial analytical skills and working knowledge of MS Excel/Access
> At least 4 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role
