Programme Manager (at the rank of Executive Officer) in the Faculty of Business and Economics (Ref.: 533003) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totaling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)    Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree, with at least 3 to 5 years of work experience, preferably in a tertiary institution.  They should have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua), good interpersonal skills, a strong sense of responsibility, the ability to work independently; and be mature, self-motivated and a good team player.    The appointee will provide support to the Doctor of Business Administration Programme in the Faculty, mainly assisting the course-related administration, including course operation arrangement, student activities’ support, liaising with faculties, students, alumni and other stakeholders, keeping track on students’ course progress, handling paperwork, and performing any other duties as assigned.  He/She will work at the Faculty’s Cyberport campus and may be required to work outside normal office hours and on weekends, and travel to the Mainland China.  Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.   A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.   The University only accepts online application for the above post.  Applicants should apply online and upload an up-to-date C.V.  Review of applications will start as soon as possible and continue until September 14, 2025, or until the post is filled, whichever is earlier.
