Project Coordinator (Officer) - Repair and Maintenance Department
Job Responsibilities:
Follow up on daily maintenance schedules for office, branches, and factory, monitor the progress and roster arrangements.
Handle and update maintenance records, prepare reports.
Maintain good communication with various stakeholders, including internal departments, suppliers, and contractors, to ensure tasks are completed properly.
Order mechanical parts, tools, and machinery needed for projects from domestic and international suppliers, and oversee the entire ordering and receiving process, including inventory monitoring and replenishment.
Manage departmental paperwork, including tracking and verifying related documents, reimbursing small expenses, and checking subcontractor payments.
Assist in other ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements:
At least 2-3 years’ experience in related fields, experience in the food and beverage industry is preferred.
Experience in procuring mechanical tools and parts is a plus.
Must be detail-oriented, organized, and tactful in handling matters.
Diligent, proactive, responsible, serious about work, punctual, with good communication skills and attitude.
Good command of Cantonese; basic English; ability to read and write in both Chinese and English.
Proficient PC skills, proficiency in typing in both Chinese and English.
