Your daily routine at Adecco
- Responsible for project management to handle all aspects of community projects.
- Establish and maintain relationships with community members, local organizations, and stakeholders to understand their needs and challenges.
- Develop and implement initiatives aimed at providing employment opportunities for the underprivileged. This includes job skills training, upskilling, career coaching, job placement, and follow-up services.
- Prepare and present reports on project progress, outcomes, and impact to internal and external stakeholders.
About You
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Community Development, or related field.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in a non-profit or community service setting.
- Strong understanding of the employment landscape and the challenges faced by the underprivileged.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for community service and a commitment to social justice.
