Responsibilities:
Objectives:
- Responsible for global scope CRM platform (Salesforce.com) management and business performance reporting & analysis in multiple dimensions (including product line, channel, region, competition type, period etc.), provide regular and ad-hoc business analysis to support decision making for regional leaders. Play a role as Central Business Responsible for CRM platform, as well as leading platform enhancement and optimization.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- KPI management in CRM tool (Salesforce.com) and data quality improvement for various platforms;
- Develop detailed and insightful reports and dashboards using BI tool (Power BI or Tableau), and use them to communicate with sales teams to drive their performance;
- Onboard new programs/function/initiatives to sales teams and develop data analysis methodology;
- Drive user adoption and business benefits through day to day support, training and engagement with the Global user community;
- Gather, document and convey business rules, processes, and requirements to DxT team for tool development ;
- Assist in the management, development, and maintenance of database and processes;
- Other Ad-hoc data analysis or process management to support business growth.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science or equivalent
- Prefer to have 5-10 years of experience in data / sales management / financial analysis
- AI tools advanced usage is highly preferred
- Salesforce.com administrator certification is a strong plus
- Highly energetic, self-motivated and proactive team player
- Data driven, high level analytical skills. Ability to analyze large data sets, summarize findings and ultimately recommend feasible solutions
- Self-starter, disciplined and process-driven, motivated to learn and expand skill sets
- Good communication skills to enable efficient collaboration across different functions
- Fluency in oral and written English is a must
- Proficient in MS office, especially MS Excel, Power point, Power BI (or Tableau)
- Basic knowledge of IT systems for CRM processes or database management
