Responsibilities:
Organize and coordinate unpaid work and assist to ensure good collaboration of host organizations;
Complete the Case Assessment Form and make recommendation on matching suitable unpaid work of recipients;
Provide on-site supervision to service recipients, including safety regulations and disciplinary requirements;
Monitor recipients and conduct performance evaluation for them;
Follow up absence, underperformance and misbehavior case when needed.
Requirements:
- Form Five or above, able to follow up cases independently.
