Enhancement and assurance of staff performance and service standard of managed properties
Responsible for overall operations including managing tenancy, customer services, cleaning and security
Manage on-site team to ensure quality of services being delivered to clients
Liaison with clients, occupants and contractors
Establishment of standard procedures and control systems to ensure they are strictly followed by all staff
Attendance of Owners' committees & Owners' meeting, handling of enquiries and complaints from tenants/owners
Experience in managing luxurious residential properties
Job Requirements
Degree holder with more than 5 years’ experience in property/facility management and at least 3 years’ of supervisory level
Relevant Professional qualification in Housing Management such as MHKIH or CIHCM is preferable
Holder of the Property Management Practitioner (Tier 1) Licence is required
Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS applications
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
