Perform general reception duties including phone calls handling, greeting and serving visitors, handling mail and courier packages in professional manner
Provide all rounded office administrative/facilities function and clerical support
Maintain stock and procurement of office supplies
Ensure tidiness of the general office environment especially reception area and conference room
Maintain attendance & leave records
Prepare delivery note and handle inventory & shipping documents
Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned by supervisor
Requirements
F.5 or above with 1 year relevant working experience
Self-motivated and good sense of responsibility
Familiar with PC knowledge MS Excel, Word & Chinese word processing
Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
Good telephone manner with polite and positive attitude.
Immediate available is preferable
