How You will Drive Change
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Seafreight Product Manager to contribute and inspire our regional seafreight product development within our growing EAO(*) organization.
This pivotal role offers great regional exposure and an opportunity to gain experience and put learnings into action.
You will drive regional seafreight product, optimize carrier solutions, and build strong internal and external partnerships that support acceleration in our volume growth ambitions.
What You will Build
Regional market intelligence to enhance our competitive edge
Establish robust partnerships with carriers in the region
Consolidate volumes and build a strong market presence in selected trades
Assist in securing key opportunities by delivering effective pricing and sales direction
Collaborate with Global seafreight product & implement global initiatives

What you bring
Minimum 5 years of industry experience (Minimum 2 years in product management)
Proven ability to build and maintain strong carrier relationships
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
Effective communication, negotiation, and critical thinking abilities
Proactive, results-oriented, and a collaborative team player
Proficient in spoken and written English
