My client is a Global Retail Company and they are hiring Retail Executive with strong allocation experience to join their team in Hong Kong. The ideal candidate will manage inventory distribution across our retail locations, ensuring optimal stock levels to meet customer demand and drive sales while supporting overall retail operations.
Key Responsibilities: Inventory Allocation: Analyse sales data and inventory levels to effectively allocate products across various retail locations.
Stock Management: Monitor and manage stock levels, ensuring timely replenishment and minimizing overstock situations.
Retail Operations Support: Collaborate with store management to streamline daily operations, ensuring efficient processes that enhance the customer experience.
Collaboration: Work closely with merchandise planning, supply chain, and store teams to align inventory strategies with sales goals.
Reporting & Analysis: Prepare regular reports on inventory performance, allocation efficiency, and sales trends to inform decision-making.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance allocation processes and improve overall inventory management.
Training: Provide guidance and training to store teams on inventory management best practices, allocation strategies, and operational efficiency.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Retail Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in retail allocation or inventory management.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Familiarity with retail management software and inventory systems.
Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
