Retail Operation Supervisor
Job Responsibilities:
Handle daily departmental operations, report statistics, and regular reporting.
Submit sales reports and weekly & monthly reports on schedule.
Manage and recruit the promotional team, conduct training, coaching, and motivational activities, and develop and execute effective sales plans, strategies, and incentive schemes for promoters.
Analyze and review business processes, participate in the standardization and continuous optimization of workflows.
Conduct weekly inspections at designated dealers to ensure display compliance, understand frontline needs, arrange inventory, and gather the latest market information for comparison, analysis, and research to track sales progress and market trends.
Assist in resolving urgent and unexpected issues at retail stores.
Participate in business projects and support the implementation of new initiatives and sales/marketing activities at retail stores to enhance performance.
Provide general operational support to the operations team, communicate with different departments, and maintain good relationships to resolve issues efficiently and promptly.
Handle other tasks and ad-hoc assignments as assigned by the Operations Manager/Management.
Requirements:
Higher Diploma or above.
Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in home appliances and team management.
Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
Willingness to learn, team-oriented, responsible, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently.
Good PC skill (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese WP is essential).
