Responsibilities

• Risk Control System Construction, end-to-end risk control policies for futures/CFD trading
• Designed an automated risk control system architecture (integrated with MT5 backend, liquidity providers, and clearing systems), reducing projected costs.
• Ensured risk control strategies complied with SFC regulations (focus: Type 7 license, AML ordinances)
• Managed a team of risk control specialists, defining KPIs and SOPs for incident response.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 5+ years in risk control, with at least 3 years in securities/futures/CFDs.
• Proficient in mainstream risk systems (e.g., Leverate Cortex, Brokeree Solutions)
• Familiar with MT4/5 plugin development logic (coding ability and technical understanding required)
• Fluency in English and Mandarin
• Preferred Qualification FRM/CFA/PRM certified
