Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets, expand market share, and ensure long-term growth
- Identify and explore prospective clients to grow the client base
- Conduct frequent communications to clients to maintain strong relationships and meet sales targets
- Present skin products and equipment within doctor channels or business partners in medical aesthetic industry to achieve sales and foster client relationships
- Prepare business analysis reports and propose corresponding actions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Sciences / Marketing / Communications / Business Administration / Business Studies or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales (healthcare products or medical products) with doctors, clinics or medical aesthetic industry
- Strong business acumen with excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; able to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented, with a dynamic, outgoing attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
