Job Description:
Handle customers enquiries regarding general sales issues
Responsible for the sales order processing and follow up
Provide sales administration support to Sales Team
Coordinate between internal departments and customers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services
Ordering materials including monitor on inventory level and shortages to maintain an efficient inventory
Work closely with various departments to achieve on-time fulfillment and resolve supply issue
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Diploma or above with 3 years relevant working experience
Proficiency in Microsoft office application, especially in MS Excel (Pivot Table and Vlookup)
Responsible, good working attitude and good communication skill
Experience in sales-oriented, order & invoice processing is preferable
Able to manage multiple tasks and work independently
