Responsibilities:
- Develop new clients while maintaining and expanding existing client relationships to promote company services and drive business growth.
- Understand clients’ marketing and branding needs to provide tailored advertising and PR solutions.
- Manage project progress and collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
- Prepare and present client proposals, with strong proficiency in PowerPoint and AI tools for content writing, visual design, and proposal enhancement.
- Provide regular project reports and maintain effective communication to ensure high client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience; experience in advertising or PR industry preferred.
- Proven ability in business development and client account management, capable of independently acquiring and developing clients.
- Strong skills in PowerPoint and AI tools (content optimization, image generation, proposal design).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong bilingual/trilingual skills: accurate writing in Traditional and Simplified Chinese, fluent spoken Cantonese, and solid English reading and business comprehension.
- Proactive, responsible, team-oriented, and able to work under pressure to achieve goals.
