Responsibilities:
Handle quotations, invoices, purchase orders and related sales documents
Communicate with the internal and external parties about the billing issues
Assist in order coordination, customer support and related sales activities
Maintain department database records and filing system
Support the sales operation team to ensure the smooth operation
Perform regular office administration support
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in sales operation/sales administration/project management
Able to work independently and under pressure with an open mind
Attend to details with strong interpersonal, communication and organizing skills
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Proficiency in Microsoft Office application, good at Excel has an advantage
Immediate availability is highly preferred
