The University now invites applications for the following position:

• oversee the day-to-day administration of the School;
• provide administrative support to the development and operation of academic programmes offered by the School;
• liaise with internal departments, administrative units and external organisations to execute school-related activities and events;
• supervise various kinds of marketing and promotion activities (e.g. UG & TPG student recruitment promotion campaigns, digital marketing, school website updating);
• support documentary works (e.g. draft and prepare annual reports, academic plans, accreditation/re-accreditation documents);
• assist in budget planning; and
• serve as secretary to committees and working groups.

• possess a recognised bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the tertiary education sector;
• preferably have the knowledge of website management and WordPress application;
• be proficient in computer skills including MS Office and Chinese word processing;
• have a good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua;
• have good interpersonal and communication skills, and strong organisational and project management skills;
• have a service-oriented mindset;
• be self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility; and
• be able to work independently, a good team player and capable of multi-tasking.
