Self Storage Space (Consultant)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for introducing the self storage to the customer (on the phone or walk-in customer)

• General instruments such as computer billing, daily inspection report

• Working in the self storage location, but there is a need to go out to the bank

Requirements:

• Form 3 level

• Experience in customer/sales service is preferred

• Good Cantonese, able to read and write Chinese, and speak general Mandarin

• Able to read and write English

• Understand Chinese and English computer operation

• Have good communication skills, customer patience and politeness can do things independently, with a sense of responsibility
