We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to join us in shaping the future of our cutting-edge products for eCommerce Acceleration for Asia, as well as supporting the head of the department to work on the next big challenge for eCommerce growth. This full-time role will be based in Shenzhen, China or Hong Kong SAR. This role will report to the Head of Product Management, APAC. Essential ResponsibilitiesOwn product strategy and execution for 0 to 1 development of critical products and features.Continuously prioritize product roadmap based on company goals, team KPIs, and executive stakeholder feedbackHelp establish a more robust workflow/process between Design, PM and EngineeringCollaborate closely with other PMs for cross-functional deliveries and dependenciesLead end-to-end delivery success (ideation, development, and launch)Discover, define, and measure opportunities and impactCollaborate closely with senior stakeholders, UX, and Engineering teams to define and deliver solutions at the intersection of our people, process, and technologyDefine and measure key success metricsSupport Head of department for any ad-hoc projects or asks Required QualificationsFluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese.At least 6-8 years of experience in Product Management in the tech, retail or FMCG industry.Experiences in major eCommerce Marketplaces in Asia (Tmall, JD, TikTok, Rakuten & Coupang), AdTech/MarTech and SaaS software is preferred.Extensive expertise in product management or fields requiring related skillsets. (Advertising, Livestreaming, Content Marketing, Business Intelligence, etc.)Master’s degree from related disciplines.Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to communicate, inspire and motivate cross-functional teams. (both technical and business teams)Strong understanding of product strategy, roadmap development, and product lifecycle management.Strong prioritization skills and capacity to make tough decisions.Analytical and data-driven mindset, with proficiency in leveraging data to drive product decisions.Excellent communication skills to articulate user needs, product value, and engineering scope effectively.
