WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?
- Co-ordinate with different office teams and acts as one of the main contact point between office and shops
- Follow up the stores’ commercial performances through conducting various sales analysis and productivity reports, and indetify key gaps and opportunities
- Review and analyze sales, stock and performance reports
- Conduct monthly frontline sales commission payout and analysis
- Liaise and coordinate between stores, Marketing and Merchandising Teams to ensure smooth operation and promotional activities
- Assist in store maintenance and renovation projects
- Provide full range of administrative support to the team
- Assist the team on other ad-hoc projects as assigned
YOU NEED TO BE...
- Higher Diploma or Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Self-motivated, well-organized, fast-paced and energetic, able to work under pressure.
- Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
