As a member of our Professional Recruitment team, you will play a crucial role in the continued success of Bupa Global. Your efforts will help us attract engaged and talented individuals for our roles in Singapore and Hong Kong. This exciting opportunity, driven by business growth, allows you to impact our resourcing strategy and ensure an exceptional recruitment experience for both candidates and Hiring Managers.

How you’ll help us make health happen: 

• Accountable for Permanent and FTC hiring within Hong Kong and Singapore
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand business needs and develop recruitment plans.
• Manage full lifecycle resourcing from requisition to offer acceptance.
• Partner with the people team to ensure a great candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Build strong relationships within Talent Acquisition and across Bupa through regular meetings.
• Proactively source talent using a multi-channel strategy.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with candidates via in-house systems and social media.
• Pre-screen candidates to ensure they meet role requirements and fit Bupa's culture.
• Continuously manage and replenish talent pools using innovative methods.
• Partner with the Social Media and Attraction Manager for targeted sourcing plans.
• Facilitate assessment centres and events as needed.
• Advise Hiring Managers on selection tools and processes.
• Maintain relationships with preferred recruitment agencies.
• Adhere to Bupa's resourcing process and ensure compliance documentation is in place.
• Identify improvements in the resourcing process for a best-in-class experience.
• Work closely with onboarding and manage candidates through day one.
• Ensure a "wow" experience for all candidates, internal, external, or international.

Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role: 

• Significant resourcing experience, either within an agency, RPO or in-house resourcing team
• In depth experience of direct sourcing, across a broad range of channels and methodologies
• Demonstrable experience of managing high volumes of roles, whilst working to tight deadlines and achieving 
• stretching targets
• Superior relationship and rapport building skills, with a focus on driving best in class performance within 
• resourcing
• Experience of utilising and maintaining an ATS, ideally Workday.
• Strong influencing, negotiating and consulting skills, particularly with senior leaders 
• Experienced in competency-based interview, both remotely and in person
