Job role & Responsibilities
- Responsible for providing professional advice, cost quotation and quality customer services to customers regarding vehicle service, repairs and maintenance.
- Provide technician with information about the vehicle that needs to be inspected.
- Establish good customer relationships and a strong brand image through excellent services.
Skills & Experience
- Higher Diploma or above
- 2-3 years of customers service experience; candidates with experience in the automotive industry will be given priority.
- Good communication skills and a strong customer services mindset
- Proficient in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Holders of Driving Licenese No.1 & 2 will be given priority
