Key Responsibilities:
Perform all computer functions to track our shipments are well handled
Cross check manifests, invoices and orders to ensure all are recorded and completed accurately
Prepare reports on daily basis for import and export operation
Online Declaration for shipments
Coordinate between external and internal parties on daily basis to ensure operation run smoothly
Qualifications:
High Diploma graduated or equivalent
Good command of Chinese and English
Proficient in MS Office
Good organizational skills
Excellent communication skills
Experience in dealing with customers
Good understanding of customer service would be an advantage
