POSITION OVERVIEW
Offer food and wine pairing recommendations in a professional manner
Monitor beverage cost and control according to hotel revenue and budget
Create and maintain guest history
Generate daily beverage revenue and average checks with Managers
Explore and introduce new products to generate revenue
Conduct stock taking and keep track of equipment inventory
Conduct weekly and monthly trainings related to products and services
REQUIRED SKILLS
Strong selling and interpersonal skills
Knowledge in winery or relevant studies in hotel / food and beverage related discipline
Significant experience in the food & beverage industry
Excellent knowledge in food and wine
Good knowledge in computer skills
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
Position will be available in Qura Bar
