Job Summary
Dynamic pharmaceutical sales professional responsible for promoting Own Brands products to private sector hospitals and clinics. Develops and executes strategic sales plans, analyzes business opportunities, monitors competitor activities, and provides actionable insights. Collaborates with teams to meet KPIs, manages daily sales operations, and fosters relationships with key customers for sustained growth.
General Responsibilities
To promote a range of Own Brands pharmaceutical products to hospitals and clinics in private sector
Formulate and execute medical sales plans to achieve sales targets for assigned businesses and territories
Work closely with the teams to deliver key performance indicators and sales plans. Provide timely feedback to team members on the execution of sales action plans and development areas
Analyze and identify business opportunities and provide recommendations to utilize these opportunities
Monitor competitors' activities and products. Recommend practical actions to counter competition
Manage day-to-day sales operation and prepare sales reports and forecasts.
Relationship development with key customers
Job Requirements
Degree or professional qualification in a Science or Medical-related discipline
3 or more years of relevant working experience in pharmaceuticals / healthcare company
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong numeric sense and analytical skills
Proactive, self-motivated with passion to overcome challenges
Candidate who has people management experience would be an advantage
Fluent in English and Cantonese, being fluent in Mandarin will be an advantage
