Responsibilities
- Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and monitoring of LAN/WAN, SSLVPN, IPsec and wireless networks
- Manage Ali-cloud and on-premises network infrastructure
- Ensure high availability of network services across airport, office, and in-flight systems
- Lead incident and change management processes, ensuring timely resolution and documentation
- Collaborate with IT security teams to enforce cybersecurity protocols and compliance
- Manage vendor relationships and service contracts for network hardware and services
- Maintain detailed network documentation, including diagrams and asset inventories
- Support disaster recovery planning and execution
- Provide regular performance reports and improvement plans to senior IT leadership
- Communicate with mainland IT colleagues or vendors, onsite support if needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of experience in network administration, and network project management role
- Strong hands-on experience with Cisco, H3C, Fortinet, Palo Alto network devices
- CCNA, CCNP or equivalent highly desirable
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with aviation IT systems (e.g., SITA) is a plus
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
